We are currently seeking seasoned independent broker dealers. The successful candidate must provide evidence of a valid current broker/dealer license (with no prior enforcement actions) and evidence of errors and omissions insurance. The Firm is raising $100 million for its eco-focused transportation investment opportunity fund. Duties will include presentations to high net worth individuals, family offices, private placement agents and investment banking firms. The successful candidate must be highly motivated and embrace the highest ethical standards of care.
The Firm has targeted for immediate acquisition environmentally sensitive solid growth micro-cap and mid-cap transportation and related companies who are positioned to capitalize on the seminal changes occurring in the transportation sector as a result of the growing concerns over global climate change. Each target company is protected by high barriers to entry, substantial capital investment, strategic routes and locations and substantial real estate and other property holdings.
